Modern Foundation is hiring a Digital Media Buyer, this position offers the right candidate the opportunity to take on a critical role at a fast-growing company with the highest standards for talent, fun, and client success.

This role is responsible for contributing to the media strategy by executing paid search, paid social and programmatic results-driven campaigns that drive business growth. The right candidate will have proven experience in planning and implementing media strategies that drive performance and results for brands.

This position will assist in strategy and planning responsibilities including research and insights derived from past campaign performance and cross-client learnings. A critical eye for detail and a love for data analysis to unlock opportunity is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Execution, optimization, and management of campaigns across digital media platforms.
  • Work with the analytics and strategy lead to mine insights and identify opportunities.
  • Implement tracking utilizing Google Analytics UTMs and Google Tag Manager.
  • Paid Search strategies including, keyword expansion and negative keyword optimization
  • Paid Social audience building across all social channels.
  • Manage budget allocations and bid parameters to deliver the most efficient results.
  • Be up to speed on the industry trends and able to make recommendations.
  • Provide insight and feedback to account teams and management to improve capabilities and offerings.
  • Comfortable working with account management to communicate successes and optimizations.
  • Contribute to our client’s monthly reporting data and provide insights.
  • Ensure that campaign KPIs and objectives are met both near and long term.

Requirements:

  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in performance-based digital media.
  • Experience in digital media buying across all social channels and paid search.
  • Skilled in setting up, managing, implementing and launching campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

Preferred:

  • Comparison shopping engine management (PLAs/Product extensions)
  • Facebook blueprint certification
  • Google AdWords certified
  • Digital media agency experience
  • Bid technology platform experience
