CONTEXT

Before us, Bailiwick had never successfully used digital means to drive leads and wanted to see if social media could drive qualified leads under a specific cost per lead target. We were tasked with building a strategic plan and training the Bailiwick staff to use social media to generate leads.

RESULTS

We built a strategic plan using our process that involved upgrading their social presence, conducting a series of trainings on acquiring leads through social media, and managing an online advertising campaign. We were able to quadruple the original leads goal and put Bailiwick well ahead of their target cost-per-lead, making the campaign a success.
