As a leader with an insatiable curiosity for the informative and forward-thinking, Lisa has implemented game-changing initiatives for one of the nation’s largest independently owned advertising agencies. She has worked with clients across numerous industries. The work she lead resulted in a Gold Lion at Cannes for Health Care, being selected as a judge for the Effie Awards, and numerous industry awards.
In her free time, Lisa loves spending time on the water with her rescue dog, Sir Edmund, and constantly rearranging her home.
Sonia Brisson-Smith

Sonia Brisson-Smith

VP, Managing Director

As the VP/Managing Director, Sonia brings a wealth of experience building and growing teams as well as developing the processes needed to plan, design, and develop operational excellence for our clients. To date, Sonia has contributed to tripling department growth for two agencies, including expanding product offerings and disciplines. Her operational success stems in leading, managing, and holding people accountable through collaborative teamwork.

For Sonia, the weekends are meant to be spent outside. She finds the most joy digging in the garden, cooking and watching the world go by with her fur babies Addy and kitty Sapor.

Ann Miller

VP, Strategic Growth

Ann joined Modern Foundation from the Minnesota Twins Baseball Club, where she spent nearly four years as Corporate Partnerships Manager. Ann has a passion for connecting clients with their best prospective targets and specializes in brand amplification. Prior to the Twins, Ann spent over 20 years in the cable and addressable TV market connecting brands with their desired audiences in the right content.

In her spare time, she loves to kayak, bike, golf, and is an excellent cook.

Senior Financial Administrator

Adriana brings more than 20 years of accounting and financial management experience across electronics distribution, hospitality, and service industries. Adriana spent her first 12 years in Brazil, and she’s bi-lingual and fluent in both Portuguese and English.

Adriana enjoys time with her husband, children, and five grandchildren.
