Every project starts with Discover. We utilize the multitude of tools at our disposal to dig through the data and gain insight into what has worked, what hasn’t, and where the best opportunities lie.

This in-depth process can take weeks, but the time and money saved by avoiding investing into tactics and avenues that have proven to not be successful is always worth it. There is a wealth of data available, use it.

Develop

Not every brand or agency requires us to create the plans, playbooks, or training based on the information gathered in the Discover phase, but many lack the internal resources or expertise to run with what we find.

In those cases, we lay out the who, what, when, where, and most importantly, the why so that their team or our team can execute on the opportunities found in the Discover phase.

Deliver

Our end goal for every client is to create a digital system that adds value and works for them long term. In this phase, we launch and manage the strategy created in the Develop phase.

This often involves launching and managing the advertising campaigns using a custom bidding strategy, A/B testing, creating the content, and reporting on what is working, what isn’t  working, and how we plan on improving performance further.
